Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliate Commission Statement

Apollo Bay Writers Festival (apollobaywritersfestival.com) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on certain links to casino websites from our reviews and guides, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you. These commissions help support the operation and maintenance of our website.

Independence of Reviews

Our affiliate relationships do not influence, bias, or determine our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. All casino reviews and ratings are conducted independently based on objective criteria including safety, licensing, game selection, bonuses, customer service, and payment methods. We maintain strict editorial integrity and will never rank a casino higher or lower based on commission rates or affiliate arrangements.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links are clearly marked on our website with the label "Affiliate Link" or "Play Now" buttons that lead to partner casino sites. Sponsored content and promotional articles are also clearly labelled as such at the top of the page. You can review our full terms before clicking any link.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and full disclosure of material connections between our site and casino operators.

Reader Responsibility

Readers should understand that online gambling involves financial risk. We encourage all visitors to gamble responsibly, check local gambling laws, and review each casino's terms and conditions before depositing funds. This website provides informational content only and does not guarantee outcomes or endorse any specific casino.
